Note: PointX CM is an optional management layer intended for advanced deployments.
WAVER devices operate independently by default, with all policies enforced locally.
Any synchronization or remote coordination is explicitly enabled and controlled by the administrator.

How PointX CM works?

PointX CM enables centralized coordination across multiple WAVER devices without affecting local operation, as each device continues to enforce access policies and handle authentication independently. When enabled by the administrator, it provides remote configuration, captive portal management, and selective synchronization of settings and operational data across locations, all within a dedicated, isolated environment where synchronization and processing occur only based on administrator configuration and authorization.

Licensing

PointX CM is available through a range of licensing tiers designed for different deployment scales and operational requirements. Access is provisioned upon request. The Starter tier supports up to two WAVER devices, with additional tiers available as deployments expand.
